Mai Blue delivers drinking water and facial tissues to supported addresses in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains delivery timing, free-delivery eligibility and how to get help with an order.
Delivery areas
Delivery availability depends on your location and the options offered at checkout or confirmed by our team. Please provide your full address, building or villa number, area, delivery instructions and an active telephone number. For a location that is not accepted at checkout, contact us before ordering to confirm whether delivery can be arranged.
Next day delivery
We offer next-day delivery for confirmed orders within supported delivery areas. Stock availability, address verification and delivery arrangements can affect the schedule. Any different delivery date will be communicated by our team. Public holidays, restricted access, severe weather or other delivery disruptions may cause delays; contact us if your order does not arrive as expected.
Free delivery above AED 50
Free delivery is available for eligible orders with a product subtotal above AED 50 after discounts and before any delivery charge. An order of exactly AED 50 does not meet the “above AED 50” threshold. For orders of AED 50 or less, the applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout or confirmed before a telephone order is finalised. Review the final total before paying.
Receiving your order
Please ensure you or an authorised recipient can receive the order and that the delivery team can access the location. Tell us about security approvals, access restrictions or address changes as early as possible. If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, access is unavailable or nobody can receive the goods, contact us to arrange the next step. Any additional delivery cost must be disclosed and agreed before a further attempt.
Checking your delivery
Check the product, quantity and packaging when your order arrives. If anything is missing, incorrect, leaking, damaged or expired, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs where available. Bulk orders and delivery enquiries
For office supplies, events, bulk quantities or special delivery requirements, contact our team before placing the order so availability and delivery arrangements can be confirmed. For an existing order, provide your order number and the telephone number used at checkout.
