These terms govern purchases from the Mai Blue online store operated by Mai Blue Purification of Potable Water LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy before ordering.
Using the store
Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details and make purchases only when you are legally able and authorised to do so. Keep account credentials secure. Do not interfere with the website, misuse another person’s information, submit fraudulent orders or upload unlawful material.
Products and availability
We offer bottled water, water cups and facial tissues in the sizes and packs shown on product pages. Check the description and quantity before paying. Packaging may change without changing the agreed specification. Orders depend on availability. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you about an alternative or refund; substitutions require your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED). Review the product price, discounts, delivery charge, applicable tax information and final total at checkout. Use a payment option offered there. Any material pricing or product error will be explained before fulfilment, so you can accept the corrected offer or cancel and receive a refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order. Confirmed orders will not receive undisclosed additional charges.
Order confirmation and delivery
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. If we cannot fulfil it, we will tell you and return any payment for the unfulfilled items. Next-day delivery applies to confirmed orders in supported delivery areas, subject to stock and delivery arrangements. Free delivery applies to qualifying orders above AED 50. Cancellations and product concerns
Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or change. Once an order is dispatched, changes may no longer be possible. Damaged, leaking, defective, expired, missing or incorrect products are handled under our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies available under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
Safe handling and website content
Follow product labels and expiry information. Store water away from sunlight, excessive heat and contamination; keep tissues clean and dry. Do not consume water from damaged or compromised packaging. Commercial reuse of our branding, images and original content requires permission or other legal entitlement.
Disputes and changes to these terms
UAE law applies; disputes may be referred to competent UAE authorities or courts. Contact us first for help. These terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Updates apply to future orders; existing orders retain the terms accepted when placed, unless the law requires otherwise.
